Step 1. Double cleanse

Step 2. Dry your face

Step 3. Apply the toner on your hands and tap it on your face. You also can use a cotton pad or pat it on with your palms for complete absorption.

Side note: You can layer up this toner! Multiple application e.g. 3 times is recommended.
