CHANTU BEAUTY currently delivers to all EU countries, United States, and Canada. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number in your mailbox. Please refer to the list below for shipping fees and delivery time for each country.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Shipping fee will be calculated at check-out.
Please note that delivery time excludes public holidays and weekends.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours from The Netherlands and will be processed after we received the payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic: DHL or PostNL
International: DPD connect, DHL or PostNL
After shipping out your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. We are not responsible in any way for any delays in delivery. Please note that your order may be delayed due to the Covid-19 situation. We thank you for your understanding. You will be updated via your track & trace code. We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect and undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase.However, please message us when you still have not received your order. When the package has been returned to us due that the customer did not pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to ship it again. If you want to cancel your order after you did not pick up the package, you will be responsible for the shipping fee, this fee will be deducted from the price that you paid for the order.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Due to Brexit, all UK orders with a total value of £135 (approximately 150 euros, depending on the exchange rate) and up will be charged with additional customs fees and clearance costs.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
